Refund policy
As we deal with fresh and perishable seafood, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If you receive items that are damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp +65 8878 5511 with photos of the item. We will review each case and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared for delivery.
